Delete your MOSA account or data

To request deletion of your MOSA account and associated data, email hello@withsoomi.com with the subject “Delete my MOSA account.”

To request deletion of particular photographs or event participation data without deleting your account, use the subject “Delete my MOSA data.” Include the event name or code needed to identify the content.

We will delete or de-identify the account, profile information, event participation records and photographs covered by a valid request. Information may be retained where required for security, legal obligations or disputes. Protected backup copies may remain until overwritten through their normal cycle.
